Profile Enhancements 

When you desire to enhance your profile, you might find it fitting to include pics, or even vids on you main profile page. I have noticed that profiles with enhancements get the most view time. To include these items in your profile, go to the sword network tool bar in your network page. hover your cursor over the "my profile" spot and a drop box will appear. Then move cursor to the part where it says "edit profile information"... click. Open another browser page, keeping this one open, as well. Go to youtube, or photobucket, etc. When there, go to the photo, or vid that you want to input into your profile page on sword network. You will find, especially on photobucket or youtube, there are embed codes available. copy the embed code for that photo/vid you desire., then past it in your profile information on sword network. Do not forget to save changes. If you make a mistake, then all you have to do is go back to the edit profile, and erase the code and start over. 

The best thing about this, is that you can upload your own vids, or pics to the sites mentioned, then get the embed code to plant them on your profile. It works very similar to myspace, for function. Sorry, I don't think the "pimped out myspace" codes work... I have tried. But it is still good to have your vids/ pics show.

Some of us... mostly me, are voyeurs for good sword pics and vids, and really want to see what you have and how you use it. On another site like this one, a couple of the folks there post their vids for critique, to enhance their learning in swordsmanship. They are getting very good at cutting practice and forms practice, by just doing these things, since they dont have an actual instructor and are self taught through DVD learning.
