Specializing in a taijiquan- based mixed Chinese art of self defense. We also train in qigong, the art of health and wellness.
You will learn how to defend yourself at any age without having to worry about being acrobatic as with some arts. And while we make no medical claims, there is the added benefit of low-impact cardio workout. Qigong exercises are performed in precise slow movements while meditative breathing. This increases oxygen in your mind and body and decreases the workload of the heart. This is very relaxing and helps with stress or pain. It is also the basis for the self defense training
